He chronicled his month-long stay in the Mongolian desert in a video that made his startup, Naadam, explode onto the world stage. Today, Naadam is disrupting the billion-dollar cashmere industry by dealing directly with the herders and producers of cashmere wool to keep cashmere sustainable, equitable, and humane.
