• Are you struggling to find new ways to engage and inspire your employees?
• Is your company in need of an innovation overhaul?
• Are your team's choices based on following other company’s trends?
• Or worse, are you avoiding crucial decisions, hoping that a better pick is just around the corner?
As a seasoned business speaker, I have the tools and insights to inspire and empower your employees to unleash their entrepreneurial talents and ditch corporate FOMO for the benefit of your company.
By the way, when I say around the world, I mean it.I have presented in" 82 countries and counting, from U.S. to Myanmar and from Mexico to Uganda, and many more.
When the CEO of AT&T, one of America's top corporations, asks his employees to take charge of their own future, it means times are changing. Companies are starving for innovation, and so are their employees. That's why many are a step ahead of you by becoming 10% Entrepreneurs.
Over 30% of workers have side hustles, and this number is growing. Yet most companies don't realize that they could be using all of that entrepreneurial energy for the benefit of their own operations. If you want your company to be at the cutting edge of your industry, you should pay attention and support these efforts properly.
In my talks, I'll show you how your company can empower your employees' entrepreneurial spirits, sparking an innovation overhaul that helps you grow stronger as an institution.
Have you tried to jump on a trendy bandwagon for the wrong reasons and it blew up on your face (and all over social media)?
When I coined FOMO in 2004, I had no idea it would grow beyond my wildest dreams. It went from being an annoying phenomenon annoying to sabotaging big companies as they chase after fads, ignoring whether these pursuits fit with their core business model.
But there's a worse FO on the horizon. FOBO, or “Fear of a Better Option” paralyzes your decision-making process, makes you waste time and resources, and damages your reputation.
If your company is fighting with either of these FOs (or both), it’s time for radical change. I’ll show you how to ignore the noise from other fads, take charge, and pick choices aligned with your business goals.
